Steve E. ...Algebra is such a fundamental skill for all further math courses, that it really needs to be mastered. And to do so, students need to have solid capabilities from earlier pre-algebra years, such as with arithmetic, fractions, decimals, negative numbers. I assess those abilities early in our sessions together, and incorporate practice as needed.
