...I recently reviewed these trigonometric identities for a student whom I was tutoring in precalculus. It brought back memories of high school and I was able to connect with this student better and help her understand the logic involved in these problems. ...I plan to teach Algebra 1, Algebra 2, geometry, calculus, physics and also help students prepare for ACT and SAT math. I believe students sometimes feel they don't like a subject because they don't do well in the subject. Once someone explains concepts and helps them solve problems on their own, they get excited, and slowly the confidence builds up. (read more)
