...I have learned that the most effective tutoring style is one that allows for flexibility based on the particular needs of any individual. I am the type of tutor who likes to have a schedule and a list of goals. The first time I meet with a tutoring student, I like to discuss what the goals are for the tutoring and set up a plan for lessons immediately.
