Growing up I hated public speaking so I have a good sense of what it takes to get to a place where you would rather be in front of a crowd talking about a topic you care about than anywhere else. One way I do this is by going over old tests, making sure a student is proficient in the problems that are correct and helping in the areas where confusion still exists. My favorite part of teaching is when I am able to aid a student in grasping a challenging concept.
