...Finally, I happily make myself available throughout the week to answer questions that may arise. The last thing I want to see is a student getting stuck in the middle of the week and waiting until the next session to resolve a problem. If I can take a few minutes to solve a problem and help a student continue to make progress during the week, it is well worth the time. (read more)

...I also taught a class and prepared a curriculum for two and a half years so I know how to manage a classroom. When tutoring nursing students, I would speak the major topics off the top of my head because it would have been something I studied prior to the meeting. As I spoke, the student took notes off of my simplified explanation and asked questions about the topic. (read more)
