Once someone explains concepts and helps them solve problems on their own, they get excited, and slowly the confidence builds up. ...Standardized tests like the Accuplacer are hard to study for independently, but different programs are using them for admissions more and more. We can learn effective test-taking strategies as well as identify and plug any holes in prior knowledge to get as prepared as possible.
