I have been tutoring students for many years in many subjects since I have a very broad academic and professional background. I am especially good at helping students prepare for the PSAT and the SAT. My own score on the old SAT was 1580; that is, I missed only one question.

...I have over ten years of experience tutoring math and have previously tutored one-on-one at a local community college. My primary goal as a tutor is to help my student become an independent learner. Instead of giving my student all the answers, I ask enough questions to help them understand why and where they are having trouble.
