In celebration of the US Bicentennial, 1976, I conducted excavations with students and community volunteers at the Wayside Inn, Sudbury, Mass. - Longfellow's Wayside Inn. In 1964-65 I participated in archaeological excavations with the staff/faculty of University of Arizona, Tucson.
