The students that I have tutored usually make progress after several intensive tutoring sessions. Some choose to continue on a weekly basis while others prefer to be tutored when they hit the next bump in the road.

Yelena H. ...Geometry is a breeze for some students and a headache for others. Just because you did great in algebra, does not at all guarantee that will do well in geometry. True, you still use concepts you learned in algebra, but there is so much new terminology to learn and things to visualize.

Andrew G. ...I can make up practice problems to help you with your weak spots. I can also make a lesson plan and simplified lectures if you need more thorough explanations instead of just being shown how to solve a problem. To me fundamentals are important and it is good to have a solid foundation and keep moving forward.
