The most advanced class was Computation linguistics in which we generated cutting edge computation models in python to parse and analyze linguistic data. (read more)
...One thing I'm very proud of is, through Math Club, getting DigiPen registered to compete in the William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition. I got a handful of students, myself included, to compete in the famously hard math test, and we did okay! My tutoring approach is this: meeting at a common level of understanding, and then solving problems. (read more)
...On general persuasion side of things I have listed to hundreds or thousands of hours of oral arguments and been involved in the political process, but that is primarily outside the area of my formal training. My research in both undergrad and graduate school covered areas of this subject. Matrices, graph theory, doing things with finite set are areas of mathematics that I enjoy. (read more)
