As a musician and a published writer, I have a great love for the beauty of sound in both an instrument and in the spoken word. ...Currently I teach 7th grade Mathematics and Pre-Algebra, and received Teacher of the Year in 2020 from my school district. I have my Bachelors in Education K-8 with a Math Endorsement and have always enjoyed vocabulary. I enjoy utilizing mnemonic devices and memory devices to help remember vocabulary definitions. ...I love working with children, and helping them realize that with hard work their dreams can also come true. Math was never my best subject in school which has made me work even harder so that I am now able to teach mathematics to those who may feel the same way about math that I did.
