...After studying modern dance for many years, I studied Yoga and Tai Chi. As a student of meditation and sacred music, in respected Ashrams in America and India, I studied Hatha Yoga and Iyengar style Yoga (Anusara Yoga) in weekly classes, including taking several week long Yoga intensives.
