I am a senior biomedical engineering major at the University of South Carolina. I have excelled in all of my math courses, earning a 5 on both the AB and BC AP calculus exams. ...Of the other two, one decided against pursuing a graduate degree and the other went to take the MCAT (I also tutored) and went on to medical school. Oftentimes, on standardized tests, it's not the test taker's subject knowledge, but rather test taking strategies and time management strategies that keep them from the desired score or outcome.
