I have passed both the Illinois Test of Academic Proficiency (TAP), which is a basic skills test for K-12 teachers and the ILTS Mathematics Content Area exam, which is also geared toward K-12 instruction. ...I use skills from Algebra 2 in my AP Calculus class, applying my mastery of that class to the math I am currently learning. I also help clearly elaborate on Algebra 2 concepts that may, at first, be incomprehensible for a student, like the quadratic formula. I have received an A first semester of biology and a B second semester of biology during my sophomore year. (read more)
