...I truly enjoyed working with my students in the classroom as well as outside of classroom in order to encourage them to gain a deeper understanding of the math concepts that they are learning or struggling with. ...I enjoy helping students recognize how useful math is in solving all types of problems. I have taught trigonometry at the community college level. Since it is no longer a prerequisite of physics, I found it helpful to teach the essentials of trigonometry at the beginning of most physics classes. (read more)
