...The explanation addressed to the average did nothing for them, because the group average question was not THEIR question. In my experience, by far most students CAN understand course material, even if previously struggling, if they simply have their specific individual questions and needs addressed. It is much more rewarding, on a personal level, to be able to provide that. (read more)
