...It is a great language to start with, since it is well structured and gives a great foundation for the concepts that are needed to understand Computer Science effectively. Much like learning the piano gives you a great understanding of musical theory. Do you need math help? I love all things math! I received my Bachelor's Degree in engineering (which has a lot of math) and then went on to get a Master's Degree in Mathematics (with a minor in statistics). While obtaining my Master's degree in Mathematics, I taught Trigonometry and Business Calculus at MSU and also tutored PreCalculus, Calculus, Algebra and other math courses. (read more)
