...I love teaching and I especially enjoy when a topic finally "clicks" for a student. I've been able to help students get As on chemistry and mathematics exams when they were previously getting Cs or below. ...I left academia some years ago, but continued to tutor privately in Latin, math, and SAT prep. I have enjoyed tutoring very much, and so wish to offer my services more widely. I received a 790 on the math SAT and an 800 on the GRE (both before "re-norming"). I have since tutored high school and college students in many aspects of math, including most recently statistics.
