Kathy A. ...Math is actually quite a simplified and concise way of explaining the potential complexity of things around us. However, the problem for most student is that the language (i.e., mathematical symbols and rules) are can be intimidating. My approach for many year, to remind and show students the relevant "BIG picture" as to why and how the mathematics concepts and formulas are relevant.
