Simeon S. ...I've scored perfect on this test more than once; it's significantly tougher than the SAT. The ACT reading section is similar to that of the SAT, with the exception that it doesn't rely as heavily on vocabulary, and that its time constraints are much stiffer. I have all the necessary study materials, including half a dozen actual ACT tests, so you will not need to purchase extra books.

Also, the ACT covers trig and elements of pre-calculus while the SAT goes only through Algebra 2. A major difference between the SAT and the ACT is that the ACT has a science section.
