...I have also taught basic sciences and conducted federally funded research at 4 institutions including professional doctoral-granting schools. The research taught me what parts of science are important to know and what parts are more for "reference". I graduated from Dixie State University in biology/secondary education and I currently teach general science at an Intermediate School.
