In 2017, I graduated with a math and physics major at my college (Principia College), where I tutored students in calculus, statistics, and other college math subjects. In college, though I was mostly emersed in math and physics classes, i got the cool opportunity to study education abroad in Finland. ...In recent years, I also teach my America-born kid Chinese. In fact I'm already teaching free because I taught her how to learn Chinese herself. Most tutoring lessons involve the student solving problems (whether they be homework, test prep, or example problems) while I provide oversight.
