...Why? This is a reflection of the applicant not his/her tutor. Colleges and universities look for the applicants personality to shine through and if I pushed a teenager through the process, it would look like a strange hybrid of personalities shining through. (read more)
I have seventeen years experience teaching high school mathematics and I have had numerous tutoring jobs over the years. I have a great deal of experience teaching students of varying math abilities and when explaining concepts/skills/ideas to a student I work hard to make the problem relevant and understandable for the individual student. Dear Students,I graduated from the University of Vermont in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Mathematics. Following my undergraduate program I was assessed and licensed by the state of Vermont to teach 7th-12th graders Mathematics.
