...One of my proudest moments was when I took on a student who had been getting D’s on her math assessments, but after we began meeting she improved tremendously and earned an A on her final exam! ...I am an experienced math tutor, often tutoring elementary(common core), middle school, Algebra 1, geometry, and Algebra II as it is a difficult topic for many students. My approach is to introduce students to simple problems to increase their basic understanding of concepts, so that they can build up to higher level math with confidence.
