...While at The University of Virginia, I taught classes in Introduction to Sociology and Criminology. While doing my Master's work at West Chester, I instructed introductory courses to Philosophy. ...I am a member of the Embroiders Guild of America and have been for 18 years. I have ongoing course work in Japanese Embroidery through the Japanese Embroidery Center in Atlanta, Georgia. I am currently working on a course for painting embroidery backgrounds. (read more)
...I also took the SAT Chemistry Subject Test and got a perfect 800 on the exam. I have finished General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry at my college and have received As in both classes. I think science teaches students how to think critically and not rely on rote memorization, and I hope to emphasize concept comprehension with all of my students! (read more)
