...About me—I’ve completed everything but a dissertation for a Ph.D. in Economics from UC-Berkeley. I triple-majored at UT-Austin, earning math, economics, and journalism degrees in four years (not counting two semesters in DC/India!) with a 3.9 GPA. ...I ensured my sessions were supportive, collaborative, and efficient in nature. I used real-life examples, metacognitive strategies, and peer-peer cooperation to enhance comprehension. I employ many of the same strategies in one-on-one sessions, however as I described above, I have learned that tutoring should be individualized as much as possible for the best results. (read more)
...I have played tennis since I was 5 years old. I competed at a high level from ages 8-18, playing in tournaments in the highly competitive mid-atlantic region. I have also endured in many high intensity training sessions and have had experience training under coaches who have had experience playing at the collegiate and professional level. (read more)
