...I'm quite strict yet very encouraging: it's important to me not to introduce any bad habits to swimmers. Typically, with decent cooperation and engagement, in about 1.5 months meeting once per week, I can take students from floating and struggling to hold their breath to technically polished, confident freestyle with good pace.
