In conjunction, I worked for the Chemistry Department as a Teaching Adjunct for 3 years, where I taught different groups of about 12-25 students. We'd meet weekly and work in the laboratory under the instructions given by the faculty of the department.

Sheldon R. ...All tutoring requires patience and the ability to explain the topics at different levels. My favorite experience is when a light goes on in the students mind and student finally understands the math concept, even if the classroom teacher had tried to explain the given topic. Another good feeling is when a student calls you after he/she gets his/her test grade and it is an 'A' or 'B'.
