...For visual learners, and everyone else, color graphing calculators are extremely helpful, even if many don't know how to use them well. Depending on the student's preparation and ability level, he or she may need only a few sessions to clarify issues that previously seemed murky. On the other hand, the sequence of pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry & Algebra 2 exists for a reason. (read more)
