I like to ask my students questions to see how much and what they know before diving into problems. ...On the contrary, I think that the learning environment can and should be fun. However, in order to reap the best rewards, I strongly believe that one needs to demonstrate a certain degree of professionalism that does not curtail, harm nor is counterproductive to the learning process.
