After completing a Ph.D. in mathematics, I began a 30-year teaching career at the university level. During this time, I taught courses at all levels of mathematics. I enjoy teaching calculus, especially preparing students to take the AP Calculus exams. (read more)

...Outside of the classroom I have coached cross country, track and robotics. Many students I have coached and taught have continued on to high levels of achievement including, scholarship winners, robotics award winners, and a national merit scholar.
