It all started with me being very poor at algebra in high school. I struggled a lot, till I got an excellent tutor who kept using different approaches to get the information across till we found the right one. I ended up loving my arch nemesis (math) so much that I went on to get a 730 out of 800 in my SAT math and I've used the same approaches taught to me to help struggling students. (read more)

...I love precal and trig. Because of my teaching experience I know what the common misunderstandings are and have many tools and strategies to help the student regain confidence.. My engineering background has helped me provide more insight to the importance of the precal/trig in the real world. Statistics can give even the best math student trouble. (read more)
