Michael D. ...My approach when tutoring is to find a way to bring the student to that "aha" moment when things become clear. Not just to become clear for its own sake, but clear enough that the student can solve problems. Sometimes we must dig around the topic until its secret becomes clear, and that is the core of the tutoring process for me.

Hamid D. ...The next year teacher does a lot of reteaching and the system will send many students out with High School Diploma. In a calculus class there is no time to reteach algebra, geometry, algebra 2. Students are faced with new knowledge that has all previous math subjects as prerequisites.
