...I have experience with dyslexic learners inside and outside of the classroom. I primarily use a multi-sensory phonics and spelling system when working with non-reading learners or learners who are significantly behind the reading level expected for their age. It may take longer for dyslexic students to read fluently, but once they are reading fluently, no one can take that away from them. (read more)

...I've been tutoring math for as long as I can remember (my first job was in the 5th grade!) After graduating college, I worked as a Temporary Support Assistant at a High School. My job consisted of supporting students with special needs in all classes. I became a great help to the Algebra teachers and ended up assisting all students with their algebra work. (read more)
