I have about two years of tutoring experience now, and I think my struggles with math help me understand what kids are going through.

Suriyan N. ...I have done a course in Elementary Ordinary Differential equations atthe college level, Hunter College of CUNY to be exact. The course covered linearfirst and second order differential equations, applications of differential equationsin physics, solutions involving power series, separation of equations, etc. I will soon be doing a course in Partial Differential Equations.

I do my utmost not just to try and make the math specifically relevant and engaging, but to increase my students' ability to see new scenarios as an opportunity to apply old information and build their confidence in breaking down the walls they tend to put up.
