...I got creative by including educational games and incentives for these young students to ensure they didn't get bored and looked forward to our appointments. This continued for about a year until Covid-19 shut everything down. ...I have shared tips and shortcuts and explained its features to many colleagues and students who were just being exposed to it for the first time. It is very easy to share with others. I find that I have inadvertently become the "go-to" person for questions in each college that I have worked at. (read more)

...Learning can be fun and each person will adopt new habits for his or her future success. I try to encourage individuals to push the boundaries while giving positive feedback and words of encouragement.
