I have tutored math for more than four years with outstanding success. I began tutoring as a Freshmen in high school through Mu Alpha Theta and the National Honor Society and thoroughly enjoyed it. ...In my approach to tutoring, I like to teach my leading with examples and then allowing the student to complete a sample problem. With this, I can gauge whether or not the student understood the material or if more practice is needed. I also like to follow-up with real-world examples to help drive the understanding home.
