...Time is highly restricted and since it is a computer adaptive test, the test taker cannot move on to the next question until an answer has not been submitted. It is a matter of time management and a strategic approach to questions. Math knowledge for the quantitative section, in which I can help, is not expected to be no higher than High School level.
