...Since finishing my Ph.D., I have continued to tutor students in math and science in my free time. In all of my tutoring experiences, the most rewarding part was always seeing the moment when a concept clicks inside a student's brain. ...While studying for my degree I spent a year working at Granada Hills Charter High School teaching Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Statistics, and trigonometry and helping students who were struggling in the classroom get their grades up.
