...But getting a firm handle on the building blocks is not as complicated as it seems. From there, the subject gets more interesting, maybe even fun. This is one of the first subjects I tutored when I was fresh out of college, and I have always enjoyed teaching it since. (read more)

I love to teach! When I first arrived at Princeton, I decided to take Latin on a whim and I never looked back! Now, after 12 years of Latin study, a Masters Degree in Classical Studies, and 5 years working as a tutor or teacher, I have come to recognize that for most students, Latin can be a difficult and frustrating language to grasp.
