...Aside from academics, I am a huge Boston sports fan, and I played ice hockey and lacrosse for most of my childhood. I also love pets and currently have 2 cats at home. ...I fostered an interest in teaching once I became an organic chemistry teaching assistant (TA). This penchant then became a valuable skill of mine. I learned how to break down a complicated subject into easy to understand concepts enjoyable for students to learn.
