...The majority of my experience has been with "difficult to treat populations. An added benefit of tutoring will expose me to a wider range of students in terms of ability, emotional maturity, and psychosocial development. Students who are put down or who achieve at a slower rate are sometimes impacted in a negative way and I wish to be the teacher who lifts students up and makes learning a positive experience.
