...So while I still use examples, I also try to guide the student through the thinking process needed to solve the problem so that when they encounter a new problem, they know how to think about it. I strongly feel that independent thinking and problem solving should be focused on with Calculus. I have taught both regular and advanced Geometry for over 10 years. (read more)
