...I work with students to discover what their individual strengths and weaknesses are, and make sure we fix any "holes" in their background. I am also an engineer, and I enjoy a variety of hobbies like cooking and weaving, so we can always find concrete examples of concepts. I have had great success helping students understand and learn how to attack word problems and solve equations. (read more)
