...As goals and plans change, I've been able to pivot and adjust lesson plans accordingly. My sessions are, collaborative, engaging, challenging, but most importantly, fun. I usually prefer to get some materials from the students before meeting to get a gauge for what we will go over and their current proficiency, so I can meet them where they are at. (read more)

...I also, did afterschool tutoring in both math and reading and I just enjoyed working with the children and being able to see them excel in academics because of the their one-on-one tutoring session.
