Most of my students initially classify math in the same category as the other four letter words. My teaching styles allow them to change their mind and at least respect the concepts enough to give me their best effort. They may not love math but they will be more comfortable learning the problem solving strategies I teach them. (read more)
...I have a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Rutgers University. I also have years of experience tutoring students in high school level math classes, including geometry, with all of its proofs, theorems, angles, shapes, and lines.
