I earned my BS in Meteorology from OU with minors in Mathematics and Hydrology in 2009, my MS from OU in Meteorology in 2012, and my PhD in Meteorology at OU in 2017. ...Roughly speaking, physics is the study of nature, and so it is quite feasible for students to gain an intuition for the subject material. Unfortunately, this intuition is never learned by throwing formulas at students, which many professors do. My goal is to help students gain an intuition so that they understand the formulas, which leads to better student performance. (read more)
