I am a former college professor and secondary English teacher that has recently moved into the state. I have a Masters degree in English and teaching certification; also, I'm planning to get a fourth degree in Computer Science, so I have been working on my math skills. ...My focus in schooling was in Zoology and Ecology, but I've taken plenty of science classes and labs, and work in chemistry/environmental now. ...I encourage students to think critically and understand the material presented, rather than simply memorizing information. The ability to reason through a scientific question to find the answer is always more helpful than simply knowing any individual answer.
