...You name a sport or physical activity, and I've probably done it (at least once). Most of them I actually enjoy, and I have been playing soccer, tennis, and other team sports since age four. About 10 years ago, I added yoga, pilates, triathlon, and climbing to my fitness passions. I've been a personal trainer, triathlon coach, and swim instructor and I am CPR and first aid certified.
