...The best way to teach students, in my opinion is through one on one intervention, no matter how skilled a student may be. My approach to teaching/tutoring is to model how I solve an example problem, including my though process. Essentially, I show the brain how to think it through. (read more)

...I learned math, chemistry, and physics in the Naval Nuclear Power Program, first in navy classrooms then in operational nuclear plants. After leaving the navy, I became a nuclear equipment operator with Arkansas Nuclear One where I earned a commercial reactor operator’s license. I later earned a senior reactor operator’s license at Beaver Valley Nuclear Station near Pittsburgh, PA. (read more)
